R M review about company Penfolds Roofing & Solar

This company disconnected the B vent from our furnace when they re did the roof. I contacted them after the roof was done to express concern about extra heat in one of our walls. They told me it was nothing and everything was ok. My grandmother was living in the home and was slowly being poisoned with carbon monoxide from the furnace venting into the house. We all felt ill frequently in the house. A few years later we have done a renovation and my contractor discovered the disconnected b vent. When I contacted the company the manager for North Vancouver yelled at me and hung up the phone. No apology. No offer of compensation. No admittance that it may have been their fault. Unacceptable. His negligence literally could have killed my family. Do not use this company ever. All they care about is making profit. They hire people who are not well trained and do not know what they are doing.
