Our roof was damaged during a hail storm in May. We didn't realize that we had sustained enough damage for a full replacement until winter was upon us. The other challenge we faced was we were trying to sell our house and needed to get the replacement done before we closed, in February. Slade was able to fit us into their schedule. They used specialized equipment to get the snow and ice off our damaged roof during the thick of winter. Then tore off and installed the roof in a single day during a break in the winter weather. I was amazed at the productivity to replace the roof that fast. The management personnel we dealt with were very friendly and informative. They came to our house after work hours to help us pick the new shingles. They also were informative with aspects regarding the insurance that we were unfamiliar with. In conclusion, I was very pleased with their service. That had a small window to deliver the services we needed and got it done. I would recommend them to you.
