As new home owners we had no idea where to start when we realized we needed some serious roof repairs. After meeting with and receiving 3 separate estimates we went with Strong Island Gutters because we felt confident that we should look no further. We value customer service from our very first interaction with a company till the end. From our initial phone call, the woman was polite, genuine and answered our millions of questions without any hesitation, right until the end when even after they were paid the owners followed up to say thank you again for using us we really appreciate the support. Kind gestures go a long way for us. They were not only quick to respond, very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and had great follow up but they made us feel comfortable by thoroughly explaining the work that was needed in a way we could understand. They were honest enough to sit and give us options of what the best route and then even suggestions of what was more cost efficient but long term probably not the best idea. That was top line customer service in itself. Honesty! The work was done quickly, efficiently and they cleaned up perfectly. We couldn’t have been happier. We appreciate this company and I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be saving their info for future work.
