Nathan Miller review about company Rooftop Rooms Ltd

Recently used Rooftop Rooms for a loft conversion on our Edwardian terraced house - an L-shaped dormer with two bedrooms and a bathroom. We're really happy with the quality of the work - everything was finished to a high standard. They also worked with us to amend the design to ensure we got the most out of it in terms of head height, space, natural light, etc. The reason we did not give 5 stars is the service. We expected more from an established company in terms of scheduling and project coordination, especially since we paid a premium when compared to quotes we received from independent contractors. Overall we had to play a very active day to day role when it came to managing the schedule and workmen (ie people not turning up because they are split across multiple jobs), which was disappointing. Overall we're very pleased with the end result, however if you use Rooftop Rooms be prepared to get involved in scheduling and chasing up workmen as this is the part that they need to improve on.
