Kai Lafon review about company Chess Roofing & Siding

Be aware of unprofessional business practices with Sharon Chess. This relates to their rental property management but concerns the fashion of which they conduct business in general. My experience was harsh & discrimatory considering I provided them with all my personal information they requested & the same information I’ve given to every management leasing company for approval without a problem. I received emails back saying information was “aloof” and needed to call references for work ethic? Never heard of work ethic being questioned for a rental application? Note this is after providing check stubs showing over 55 hours a week. Major Mangement companies have excepted the exact same information and not lashed back at me as an applicant. If Sharon doesn’t like you she will take your sensitive & tangible information and insinuate you as a liar with her undertone so be carful with this family and their business practices.
