Tom Long review about company Window World of Central Valley

We were glad to get the call about a cancellation so we could finally get our replacement windows installed. Installer arrived at time promised and was friendly and respectful of our property, dog, etc. He explained how he would proceed, double checked measurements and assured that sales rep had measured correctly. Then he got to work removing the old with plastic taped inside to keep cold and dirt out. He worked efficiently it seemed to me, while also taking time to chat and be friendly. Cleaned up well and took away old windows and storm windows, etc. took time to demonstrate window operation and explain warranty. Only complaint about the entire process was the wait time from when we ordered the windows to the time they were installed....understand weather was a major cause.
