We moved down 2 years ago from Seattle. Building a screened porch was a major project for us with a large lot in Sun City. In addition, we built a patio. Porch Outfitters was by far the single best vendor we've worked with. A true class operation- ownership was hands on. It took 4 months- most was waiting for approvals from Sun City & the county. Dave, Johanna & Jason with others too many to name we're responsive- many times suggesting ideas that we didn't even think about. We received 2 other bids & felt they were the best company to undertake this project. We were right! They exceeded even our vision. Regardless of who choose to build a porch or patio or even an addition- I suggest you at least get a quote from them. Our Porch used the Temo product which is the best I've seen. Top quality materials & workmanship are there hallmarks. They take pride in their work & it shows. They came here on-time each day. I've referred them to 5 other neighbors who are just as happy as we are.
