Completely shocked how poor this experience has been thus far. Not sure what happened over the years, because I would've recommended Terry and his crew in the past. But the way our current situation is panning out, I don't think I can do that anymore. We'll see how things go on Monday when Terry is suppose to get a hold of us. Stay tuned....
