Jenny Mead review about company Midlands Carolina Exteriors

Had our metal roof done by them last year. I recommend doing some research into the materials they use, and installing them yourself, or finding an independent contractor to do the same, because that is all they will do. The contractors they sent were extremely shady, one of the foreman rides a moped with a rebel flag. Also they didn't bother to get a permit before ripping half of our roof off. They were stopped by police, which is a fun phone call to get during a workday; "Ma'am, the police stopped us because the other foreman didn't get a permit. It's about to rain, and we had already ripped about half your roof down when the officer stopped us for not having a permit, but I'm going to sneak back over there and put up a tarp in a few so the rain doesn't get in"....great. Later in the process they had to be told to put our gas furnace vent pipe back up....I mean really guys?!?...It's stamped saying "Gas vent pipe". Oh, and you better hope you don't have to deal with the owner Saul. He is extremely rude, which makes the whole process worse if you have questions. They showed us zero respect after their excellent salesman hooked us!! I imagine their skilled salespeople are the only way they stay in business. So buy the roofing materials yourself!!! Anyone can install it, hardly rocket science. They removed this review from Facebook.
