Rhonda Walley review about company Tool Time Building & Roofing

Very disappointed !!! I bought a 16-20 on February 18 . I was told I would be 6 weeks out and I was fine with that, because of the hurricane that hit us I totally understood . I lost both of my sheds in hurricane,now with that being said . I tried keeping my business in Panama City, because that's where I do all my business . I live in Apalachicola 56 miles away from PC. I waited patiently for 8 weeks and still didn't hear from them so I called and they kept putting me off from person to person,and they can't transfer you,they all have different numbers.. I tried several times to try to get this worked out and Everytime they gave me run around blaming Apalachicola and everything else for delay. I was told that they mailed paperwork mailed paperwork over and over I confronted them and told them I was mail lady and I deliver that mail and I know they did not!!!! So weeks later they finally did ..l finally called one of the numbers after I kept getting run around week after week and told them I wanted to talk to manager. I got a call next day getting hollored at telling me that a hurricane had hit and what part don't I understand! I then told him why he was still screaming at me ,that I was patient but it's now been three months and not one time did they call me .. I did all phone calls to building department and them and not one time did I get apologie ,but dang sure got screamed at alot !!! Very rude people !!! And forgot hurricane didn't just get PC got whole panhandle!!!!
