DO NOT USE THIS ROOFER... the owner is a liar and does not stand up for his work quality. I hired him for replacing gutters but some unforeseen issues came up (old roof), that were not his fault. However he went from being reasonable to unreasonable very quickly. He gave estimates for the new work that were double-counting a number of items to the tune of $40k OVER the "fair" quote. However when we decided he could not be trusted and scaled back the project, his workmen slowed down to pad the billable hours. He then finished the work with visual deficiencies. After 5mo, there were already broken tiles to which his response for covering his "20yr warranty" was: "not my problem, you're on your own." He is dishonest and sells poor quality services.
