Hello everyone come to find out that the landlord James Gibson is renting this land illegally to me and now he is attempting to evict me he has shut off my electricity and water and is attempting to evict me with a retaliatory eviction. There is no company here and I doubt the county has it registered as a company here it is bare land with a caretaker next door.. stay away from this land if you are approached by James Gibson to rent it.
