Bona Fyde review about company ACE Home Improvements

Over the past few weeks, I’ve called several contractors to come out for an estimate on replacing the brick molding on my backdoor, or the whole back door due to bugs coming in. I received a couple of estimates out of the several contractors I contacted (with no one answering my calls or giving me a definite date on when they can do the work). I then called Ace Home Improvement on Friday afternoon. I must be honest, when I initially heard the cost, I was hesitant because I was quoted cheaper and was not trying to spend that amount. When I thought in terms of reliability, lifetime warranty, and the fact that Steve was available to answer my call, I decided to go with Ace. I called Saturday morning to let him now we can move forward and can set up a day for next week, I received a call from Mark Saturday afternoon who said he can come out the same day to do the work or Sunday. My door has been installed and Mark found the main reason why bugs were coming in. I’m very pleased with Steve and Mark’s communication and professionalism. I even recd a followup call from Steve to ensure I was pleased. The price I paid was worth it and the service I received.
