Dreux DuBois review about company Beane Roofing

I ended up hiring Scott and his company based on these reviews so I feel I should share my experience so that to prevent someone else from my frustration and lost money. I had a leak at my rental property in High Point I hired Beane Roofing to repair; based on the google reviews, my reassuring conversations with Scott and his knowledge of the problem and his reasonable price. After signing the estimate it took a few phones calls and about month to finally get the repair scheduled but was relieved once it was completed. Then 2 to 3 months later the tenants reported the same area is leaking and now is starting to having growth. After a week and a few attempts I finally contacted Scott and he said he would head out there to see what's going on. My tenants then notified me that a week had gone by and no one had come by and it has been 2 more weeks of many emails and phone calls and now I am being ignored all together. I get mistakes are made but this is no way to run a business and now I am out $650 for the repair and have a more damage to deal with since I was put off for so long.
