Sorry to hear about some of the problems. Barry did an excellent job on my roof. I have a long story. Barry did a couple of roofs in my neighborhood and I liked his work so I went looking for him. He did our roof 6 years ago. However, the shingles began to shed and did for the entire time. I called him and asked about the sand coming off. He looked and said that should not happen. We got a bad batch of shingles. He contacted the regional rep for these shingles and got the company to pay for an entire reroofing even though we were one year beyond the full guarantee. Barry and his crew took the entire old roofing off, replaced all of the paper with new product. Replaced all of the roof vents with newer versions and laid down the new shingles. He and his crew spent several days and long hours working in between rain and wind storms. The roof looks great and I have had many positive comments about it. I would recommend Western Roofing any time.
