Though we had a bit of a rough start Mark, John and the roofing crew bent over backwards to make sure we received the quality roofing and service so many people have written about. Unfortunately, in today's society, good customer service can be hard to find but we were kept informed throughout the day and provided with pictures, text messages and videos from the very beginning of the process all the way through to the last shingle installed.
