The owner and operator of this business is a crook. He used payments for contracted work for his personal use and did not pay the sub crews, he did not follow the signed contracts agreed to, and he is already on the State of MN Department of Labor's violation list. Any new contracts are to be reviewed by the State of MN before work can begin so they can hold him accountable for his work - if he does not do this, they fine him or may revoke his license.
