Alex Broches review about company United Services

Rented a dumpster from these people for a client of mine. The driver, a 71 yr old man walking with a cane, said he would be back in an hour to pick up the dumpster. They showed up a few days later. When they took the dumpster, the mattress had fallen out with other various items. I had to drive all the way out an hour away to the customers again to pick up the items. The driver could have picked up the few items that were outside the dumpster. The company should hire someone who is more physically able to pick up a few items. Heather was nice enough to give me a small discount, however I lost $$ out of renting this dumpster after paying the dumping fees on the items that fell out of the dumpster. Ive worked with many other dumpster companies and never had any issues as this situation. I don't have a problem with old people, but why did they seriously hire a 71 yr old man for this job?
