Woodlake Bay review about company Wintex Industries Dura-Loc Inc

Wintex put a new tile roof on my home in 2011. I have had a multitude of leaks. Almost every year since installation there have been leaks in my house. The first year I called Dave back and he very reluctantly did a repair. The second year he refused to repair a leak without getting paid. 4 other leaks have developed since, and I call a much better roofer to make the repairs. Even this year, in 2019, I have had to call in another roofer to repair the newest leak. In addition, Wintex was to re-nail the plywood during installation, which was to get me a reduction of my insurance. Wintex did not do the re-nailing. In addition, Wintex was to repair my chimney, at a cost of $600, which I agreed to and paid for. After the tile roof was complete, I went up on my roof to inspect, which he was not expecting me to do, and found that the chimney work had not been done at all. He was not very pleased at getting caught at his game of shenanigans. I am not a happy customer and suggest that you stay clear.
