Scheduled an estimate. The day of the estimate they called to say they weren't coming 10 minutes after they were supposed to be there. They called later that day to try to come later in the day and when they realized I needed an estimate first, that I wouldn't be hiring them totally blind they said it would be a few weeks before they could make time for me.
