Terrible customer service. “Lexi” refused to let us speak to management and gave my wife an attitude that should have gotten her fired. Had a no show after taking time off of work and never got a phone call that they couldn’t make it. Still waiting on that phone call that was promised by somebody higher up. Worst customer service ever. It’s ok because Beldon came in to save the day.
