Property Tech review about company Leo's Roofing Company

Called for a price-have been speaking to somebody for 3 weeks(I always have to call them) just to get the price. When I finally received it and asked for a break down and more questions, nobody has answered my emails or phone calls. Now we have to locate a whole new roofer to start the process over.
