Stephen is honest and trustworthy. After hail hit our neighborhood recently, I asked one of the roofers who was inspecting my neighbors' home to take a look at my roof. He insisted it was a total loss and needed to be replaced right away. When Stephen at Battalion took a look, he gave a more measured, reasonable response, saying that there are signs of hail damage, but they aren't that severe, and I could stand to wait a year or two if I wanted to deal with it. I've chosen not to replace the roof for now — but if/when I do in the future, Battalion will be the first place I call because I appreciate their honesty.
