Sarah Naeher Beckwith review about company Baccus Roofing

A no call, no show for an estimate. This was disappointing because I was actually interested in meeting this guy, who seemed knowledgeable and to the point in our initial phone conversation. Our estimate was set for 8:30am today. I called at 9:30am and was told the estimate was scheduled for between 10am and noon. I called again at 12:30pm and was told he called but no one answered so he went on to his next appointment. My phone was with me all day, no missed calls. They probably wrote my number down wrong, so I provided it again. I expressed frustration and was told they would give my number to their guy in the field and we could expect him sometime after 3pm when he finishes his list. The day has ended and still nothing. I'm censoring my frustration. The guy who took my calls throughout the day seemed to be nice and professional though!
