Lawrence Watts was my sales representative who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of responsibly. I referred him both my son's and daughter's roof installations along with mine. I know he personally had no say in the cost of the jobs, but I know now that the company actually overcharged us by thousands of dollars. I wish I had gone with another roof company. I need to apologize to DD for my previous post. After hearing both sides of the story, I feel that I jumped to a conclusion which was not an accurate one. I am truly sorry for that.
