Matthew Karolak review about company Northwest Roof Care

I was recommended to NW Roof Care/Ty from a property inspector. It took ~1mo to get in touch with Ty. I asked the secretary in call #3 if they could direct me to another roofer if my job was too small/they were too swamped with other jobs - this finally prompted a call back from Ty. I met with Ty the next day at my house to discuss some minor repairs, which we verbally scheduled for 2 days later. No one showed up. I messaged Ty to see if we were still on. He never messaged me back. Would not recommend. I have since received service from another roofer that was much more professional. Don't waste my time.
