Very poor communication. My husband called and emailed several times before finally getting a response. They seemed eager and helpful at the consultation. I think they wanted more money from the insurance co. The estimate they gave us and the one sent to the insurance co were not even close, the one sent to the insurance was over double the amount they gave to us??? They are shady in my opinion.
