We are so incredibly thrilled with our state of the art windows! The customer service was so incredible and genuinely personal. So much so, that i have a little story that must be shared. My son just happen to hurt himself while they were installing our windows to the extent that he needed stitches. Everyone from the Window Store, stopped what they were doing and offered to watch the other children present so that I could take my son to the ER. They meant it!!!
