John Tiwold review about company Element Roofing LLC
I recently needed a new roof but as a senior citizen, I had to watch my pennies. I received estimates from some well know roofing contractors. The price was through the roof. David from Element Roofing gave me an estimate. I could not believe it, his price was thousands less than the other guys. I was nervous at first, I always wonder it the cheap price means cheap work, but I must say I received a top notch roof.
Replaced / installed flat roof and shingles on our rental property and after 1 yr the roof has a major leak (we have a 5 yr warranty with a contract)...
Can’t even comment on their work because twice they were scheduled to come out for an estimate and twice they didn’t show or call.
