Brian Dubon review about company Mallard Systems

Landlords decided to take a gamble and hire these “experts” to take care of cleaning both houses roof. Unfortunately these ‘trained’ technicians did the bare minimal when it comes to their job descriptions both technicians very poor in customer service and communications. The worst part is when i walked outside of my house to find a nice wet surprise all over my front door and front porch! I had no idea that roofing cleaning also included front door wash and also a free bleach soaking of all my shoes (including work shoes). When I confronted the technician they played a small game of pointing fingers as neither of them wanted to take responsibility, with few words to none they did not apologize and just suggested i should dry all 7 pairs of shoes they soaked for no reason and carried on. I’ve never experienced such a lack of professionalism and respect towards my personal items. Neither the technicians or Managers (over the phone) Took matters and made it better they ended this with a deflecting apology and made it clear they’re not responsible for their poor work. Huge shoutout to their customer service trainer on absolutely failing on their job!
