Ryan from 'Finlock' is very charming, but cannot be trusted. The amount of stress and inconvenience caused by Finlock Replacement 4Less cannot be fully expressed. An independent expert has assessed the bodged work carried out and confirmed that it was fitted at the wrong distance and position. (Guttering that Finlock had actually returned to attempt to fit correctly for the second time) Our conservatory roof now has over 7 different leaks due to the damage caused by their clumsy approach. Although Ryan returned on two separate occasions to fix the damage he refused to accept responsibility and still demanded payment! His attempts to fix the issues only made matters worse and his final solution was to patch our polycarbonate roof with black rubber patches. If you love your home and would prefer quality work to be carried out I would strongly recommend that you try someone else. I've just been on the phone with Citizens Advice for over an hour trying to establish the best way to proceed. I am now faced with a lengthy legal battle just to cover the cost of the damage and repair bill to guttering that should have been fitted correctly in the first place. Please avoid at all costs!!
