They get one star because less than one isn't an option. After providing a written proposal and specific dates of the work, Tom and crew never showed up and ignored message after message asking about the status. I chose this company based on a referral, plus I went to high school with him and he claimed a local crew. Terrible experience.

Very difficult to get a hold of. Does not keep appointments. The guarantee is that your roof will leak.
