Matt Hancock review about company All American Roofing

I bought a roof from them in 2002. I think I just called them from the phone book. I don't remember a lot about the whole experience, probably because it was no muss no fuss, easy. In 2016 I called them again because I was about to sell that same house, and there had been quite a few hail storms over the 14 years with that roof. When the insurance adjuster came out, they were trying to low-ball me. The owner of All American fought quite a bit on my behalf so that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. He was a pit bull. I really appreciated it. New roof, great experience. This week I had them come look at my new place, thinking I was going to need a lot of work done. Upon inspection, he said "I don't normally try to talk a customer out of work, but you don't need our services" and recommended a much less costly solution from someone else. I appreciated that. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
