ZERO stars - Beware! - They do not stand by their work and their work is shoddy. I don't usually write negative reviews, but I hope I can stop others from making the mistake of hiring Penny Roofing. I hired Penny Roofing to replace our roof three years ago. In September (2015) we had a thunderstorm that dropped good amount of rain. Our roof was leaking. I left many messages with Penny Roofing and then finally I spoke to Lance the owner. He blatantly lied to me and continued to lie to me on several follow up calls with promises to come by. I ended up hiring someone else to repair their work.
Signing a contract with him does not matter. He will not honor the contract. I got my roof done in 2015 and it has been leaking since the installation...
Prices are very high for the low customer service and cheap equipment used
