Lakeland Records review about company Five Star Roofing and Construction

Was left a door hanger after the last hurricane. Called the number for an estimate after some recent wind damage, and was told to text the rep my address, after which he claimed I had an appointment two days later at noon. Took off work, and on the day I of the estimate, I was called by some guy who said he was from Five Star. He claimed he was following up a "sales lead", and that I could get an estimate tomorrow. I mentioned the rep I spoke with and was told he hasn't worked there in months, and then I was told that the guy I spoke to was "relieved" of his job. I told him I took off work for this supposed estimate, and he apologized and said he would shift some appointments around and get right back to me. Never heard from them again. My suspicion is they have some kind of sales \ marketing ring, and not a standard company where you call the number and get a receptionist who makes appointments. There is a big gap somewhere between sales and actual services. Would not recommend a company who can't even call you back for an estimate and doesn't know their own employees.
