When they completed reslating our roof in July 2017, we were in the main satisfied, except for a damaged panel in our back door everything seemed OK. In December 2017 we spotted water on the chimney breast in the loft. I’ve phoned Neil on both numbers supplied, and emailed both email addresses, to no avail, he just doesn’t respond. I’ve now sent him a letter by registered post, which he signed for, and surprise surprise still no response. All my messages have been courteous and businesslike, but he ignores everything. I’m now forced to get another roofer to repair the roof, so much for a 15 year guarantee ! A pity really, if he had addressed what seems to me a minor repair, he could have had a positive review, as it is I would say definitely do not use. Phil Atherton
