Jason Smolinski review about company O&M Construction Inc.

Hired O&M for a small leak in the roof. After work was done the leak was much worse. Charged me over $1000 for less than an hours work for 1 person. They had to keep coming back 3+ times to fix the same small leak which had become a big leak (a few drops with heavy rain turned into stream of pooling water after they came the first time). I have small children and they smoked on my roof and back yard with cigarette butts in my driveway and yard. After the second time they were back they told us "you shouldn't have gone with the cheapest quote". They were not the cheapest quote, I had several lower but I chose them because they stated the rubber calk used on my roof vents and chimney were not done correctly and they would redo it the correct way. I checked on their work to find they used more rubber calk to seal the cracks, and they did not undo it and fix the correct way as stated. They did ultimately fix the leak, but not without a hassle. I now have a hole in my ceiling which wasn't there previously.
