David Ross review about company Target Roofing and Restoration

I have had exceptionally good service from Target. I had my entire roof re-shingled and new gutters installed last year. The work was top quality, the installers were pleasant and cleaned up well when they were done. A few months ago I experienced structural damage that I thought was due to water leaking and wasn't sure where the leak was coming from. Target was quick to respond and come to my house to determine the source of the leak. The Owner of Target Anthony made time to come to my house to meet with the insurance adjuster and myself to discuss the situation. The damage had nothing to do with the work Target had done, but I was really impressed with Target and Anthony for taking the time to help schedule the proper people to complete the repairs. They have gone above and beyond the call during a repair job that was not in their scope of work. The quick response and follow ups have helped to alleviate a lot of stress for me because I know I can trust them to coordinate the resources, which takes a lot off my plate. Mary is an amazing CSR and always responds to voice mails promptly. She has been exceptional in sending techs out in a timely manner, usually on the same day and within an hour of me calling. I can't praise Target enough and I highly and happily recommend them!
