Outstanding work quality and incredible customer service. Brandon (the sales rep) knocked on my door asking to do a roof inspection due to a hail storm and I was skeptical from the beginning because of that, but in the end I had absolutely no reason to be worried. Brandon worked closely with me every step of the way even helping me negotiate through the insurance deductible part and saved me money along the way. If you have ever done a roof repair using your insurance company you may understand that the paperwork is a nightmare. Making heads or tails of it is very complicated, but it wasn't a problem at all and I really only have to sign a couple of digital signatures to get the entire job done. In the end I saved thousands of dollars and got an upgraded roof which was far superior to the one that I had on my house. The job was done perfectly and they cleaned up very well afterwards. It took me a couple days but I found set there was minor damage to my awning in the backyard, it looks like some material might have fallen on it in the process of the replacement. I brought it to Brandon's attention he didn't argue it at all and brought it straight to his managers attention, it was promptly repaired and looks just as good as new. The fact that they were not honest company from start to finish says a lot about them. I highly recommend using them for your roofing needs.
