Jake Greenberg review about company Travis Smith Roofing

I'm giving one star only because I am unable to give zero stars. Travis came to check my roof and prepared a quote, accepted my check, held it for over sixty days, then called and told me his 'heart wasn't into it', that he had underbid the job (I have to quit doing that' he said) and that despite having a signed contract and down payment he wouldn't do the job. Then it was too late in the year to line up a replacement, it was November, and the house sustained a lot of water damage. I wish I could give a positive review but I can't. It's really too bad because I felt he really wanted to do a good job and seemed passionate and sincere. I was mislead, flaky to the extreme is correct. His office Mgr was very nice, though she too forgot to return my check for several weeks.
