Eric Richardson review about company North Texas Roofing

I had a leaky ridge vent and called North Texas Roofing about it. We went into the attic and they said I needed some whirly bird vents to cool the attic. Vents and leak were supposed to be fixed. Well I guess they didn't tell the installer about the leak because he installed the vents and left. I go up to check the leak next time it rained and drip, drip, drip, the leak is still there. I called and left a message and Richard called me back. I told him the situation and he said he'd call me back again. That was a couple of weeks ago. No word. I cannot recommend North Texas Roofing based on my experience.
