Jessica Reyes review about company El Cajon Roofing

I would not recommend El Cajon Roofing. Very difficult to work with. We worked with them for over a year to fix a problem that they were unable to solve. It would take them weeks and months to show up. I was going to throw in the towel but they assured me it was a front office problem that had been resolved. A year later when winter arrived and the rain came we realize the problem had not been fixed, and then we went through round two of poor communication and excuses about front office staff. We eventually went with another roofer who was able to resolve our problem but not before we were charged in full by El Cajon Roofing. I'm giving them one star for being so personable and friendly. Unfortunately they're all fluff and no stuff.
