5Ash just replaced the roof on my home and detached shop. I am a very meticulous and detail-oriented person with high standards for work performed. From the initial consultation, the sales representative (Rob) was prompt, thorough, and very detailed in his explanation of the work. As committed, the quote was delivered the next day. The shingle selection process was very supported, including 5Ash providing a list of existing homes for me to view with different shingle options installed. The operations contact (Dave) kept me informed with frequent phone calls as we navigated weather to setup the install. On install day, the crew arrived promptly, and took extraordinary care in protecting my home while they tore off the old roof. Their crew worked methodically and efficiently, and was respectful of my family, neighbors, and property. The site foreman was very helpful in helping me understand the process. The crew spent two days on the install, and at the end of the job, spent nearly two hours performing a deep clean-up. They picked up nails, hand-rubbed black marks off of gutters, combed flower beds for leftover pieces of shingles, etc. Then the site foreman provided me a walk-through and answered all of my questions and concerns....all with a willing and positive attitude. Finally, the owner (Troy) made a follow-up visit to check-in with us and to inspect the work himself. He was prompt, courteous and respectful. I rarely have my expectations exceeded, but 5Ash went above and beyond from the first call to the last nail picked up.
