Parker Jones review about company Ultimate Exteriors of Minnesota

We had great interaction with customer service prior to the project getting started, however once the roof project got underway there was nearly NO communication from the company. While our neighbors had their roofs completed in a day or less; our roof took nearly a week. They didn't have enough roofing material to finish the job. We had no follow-up after the roof was completed. I had to call the city to get the permit signed off on and roof inspected when it should have been the contractors job. If a company sends out a pre-project list of expectations, they should follow them! I will not recommend this company to any of my friends, co-workers, or relatives.
