Steve Maginnis review about company Overman's Quality Building’s

Buyer beware. The ads on Craigslist from Overmans Natural Stone in Kings Mountain is a complete SCAM. I ordered a building from them over three weeks ago. I was told it would be built that following week, during the week. After the first missed week, I found out that not only do they only work on Saturdays, they do not even do the work. Apparently they are a middle man and have no control over any of the buildings except that they get a finders fee of 10% of the sales price as your deposit up front. I was promised several times of a new date and it never came. At this time, they will not even return my texts, calls. They are liars and scammers. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Do NOT order from them under any circumstances. They are full of B.S. and as far as I'm concerned have no intention of delivering on their promises. Please, anyone who reads this, do a search for Overmans and flag all their ads. I will be happy to give anyone more detailed if they would like to email me. I promise this information is accurate. I always acted appropriately in dealing with them and have been lied to time after time. The guy I spoke with, Mike, did not want to take any responsibility for this, he put it off on the company who was actually doing the work, blaming them for the delays. One excuse after the other, but no intention of making anything right. I informed them up front that I was in the process of moving out of my house and had a tenant lined up to move in, so my belongings had to be moved out and I needed the building to store those items. Again, please be careful.
