Horrible! Nothing but problems and leaks! Stay away! I called several times...the ceiling in our pantry closet leaked and was all wet - damaged from where the 2 roofs met (we had to pay to replace it)....the sun roof leaked...we had to fix and pay for the damages..he may have been very reasonable, but in the long run, was it really?
