Neelie Broader review about company Uncle Luke's Roofing

This owner, Luke Kampnich, took 1/2 down for a new steel roof and then did not start the job for another 5 weeks. Promised to start 2 weeks after taking our money. We are over 65 and this appears to be his favorite customer profile. One of our neighbors also hired him and were 'stiffed' for weeks on end. Another neighbors' brother was charged 1/2 down and will never get the job done since we see Luke was put in jail AGAIN for non-performance on his contract with them! He is a liar, a horrid cheat and a felon. What we don't understand is how he has been in jail multiple times since 2014 for the same thing and then LET OUT!!
