Wonderful experience working with Troy (Sales Rep) and Angela (Office Manager). I have a small repair work needed on my roof, Troy was out the next day and provided me with a clear and detail quote. Professional communications such as email reminder on upcoming appointment and prompt invoice receipt via email throughout the project. There was a mixed-up with scheduling, Troy took action quickly in resolving it by doing the repair himself. How amazing is that for making sure customer satisfaction is #1 and not only being knowledgeable but actually can and willing to do the work himself. I highly recommend Troy and RM Banning!
