Nancy White review about company T M Scott Inc Roofing Co

Contacted TM Scott in late May of last year. Ed Smith came out and looked at the roof and said they would be in touch with an estimate within a few weeks. Never heard from him again. I have 37 emails and more than 20 calls logged to Sandra in the office. I would get responses occasionally and they always started out with "so in so is on vacation and will get back to you . . . " No one ever called to arrange an appointment, follow up with a proposal, nothing. I finally gave up in October of last year. I sent them a registered letter in late November with all the emails and phone record documentation to the registered owners of the corporation with absolutely no response whatsoever. It has been almost a year now with still NO RESPONSE. I cannot rate their work since they never did anything for me but, I would never recommend such horrible customer service to anyone - It's just not right. If I could rate this company a ZERO, I would. The other ratings on here must be fictitious or paid for.
