We had an amazing sales rep named Larry. He was very professional, thorough, explained everything so we understood it, took his time, and never pressured us to buy windows. The measurement crew was very good as well. The installers were very nice, took time and effort to clean up after, and explained how the windows worked. The call center communicated frequently throughout the entire process as well. Our previous windows were old and heat would come through very noticeably. The new windows made an immediate difference in the heat transfer compared to the old ones. We will buy more windows from Hansons in the future.
